RISC has proven experience and expertise as Contractor Special Security Officers (CSSOs) as well as Facility Security Officers (FSOs) and COMSEC Custodians. Our Consultants have developed, monitored, assessed, and managed corporate-level security programs for a Fortune 500 Company. We have developed security-based training programs for CSSOs and FSOs. We have depth of knowledge and years of experience in applying Defense Security Service program oversight as outlined in the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) or DoD 5220.22-M. We have vast experience in understanding, developing, and delivering FCLs, DD-254s, DD Form 441s, and the entire suite of Contractor Program Security requirements as mandated by the DoD and the IC.
